Great central location, helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, delicious and plentiful breakfast. Would stay here again if in Istanbul.

The staff was really helpful and tried their best to solve any issues we had. They were always polite and willing to assist us.

The air conditioning in our room didn't work properly. It took about three hours for it to start cooling the room, and even then, it wasn't very effective.

The hotel is conveniently located near Taksim Square, making it easy for us to visit the various tourist attractions. We were also pleased to find that the hotel is close to several places we were interested in exploring. the hotel is very close to a metro station, allowing us to easily access public transportation.

We did experience some noise issues from the neighboring rooms, which could be disruptive at times.

The hotel even had a spa and wellness center, where we could relax and unwind with massages, a Turkish bath, and an indoor swimming pool. my experience at this hotel was very enjoyable, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Nova Plaza Orion. The hotel's location is perfect, close to Taksim square and all the wonderful restaurants in the area. The reception team was helpful and were pretty good too ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also loved the shaded area in front of the hotel, it was a great spot to relax. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location of this place is perfect as it is in a tourist hub yet tucked away in a calm area. The service room was exceptional, with amenities like car hire, dry cleaning and 24-hour room service. The bell staff and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating during our stay. We were really impressed with the shops and commercial services available on-site which made our trip even more convenient. The dining tables were well-appointed with garden furniture and the comfort of our room was very good, especially with the in-room air conditioning and mini-bar. The staff found here were incredibly attentive and helpful with everything we asked, especially the manager who spoke fluent English and was always welcoming.
